Pronto Fitness Program

This is best suited for a busy individual who wants a program to follow, but does not have the time to meet with a coach on a regular basis.

Once you have purchased the program, you will then receive an email from your coach within 24 hours. This email will include a Fitness Questionnaire, which will help your coach personalize your program, and also a Waiver form.

Once these are filled out and sent back, your coach will send you a 4-week personalized program, including video links for each movement. You will be able to reach out to your coach with any questions or concerns, at your convenience. There will be a monthly check-in prior to making your next 4-week program.

Personalized Fitness Program & Accountability:

This program is great for an individual who wants to work with an online coach that will monitor their progress and provide accountability.

Once you have purchased this program, you will receive an email from your coach within 24 hours. This email will include a Fitness Questionnaire, which will help your coach personalize your program, and also a Waiver form. Based on your availability, you and your coach will coordinate a time to meet via Zoom (approximately 30-45 minutes),  to discuss the questionnaire and get to know you better. 

Following this online meeting, your coach will send you a 4-week personalized program, including video links for each movement. You will be able to reach out to your coach with any questions or concerns at your convenience. 

There will be a weekly check-in via e-mail. You will be asked to send videos of certain movements so your coach can provide appropriate coaching and determine progress.
