“When I switched from my normal training routine to pre and post natal my focus became to have a healthy pregnancy and quick recovery to return to sport as quickly and safely as possible. Christina was able to adapt the training program to safely maintain mobility and strength through pregnancy. I weight lifted until two weeks before delivery and played disc golf until 3 days before. We are now working in conjunction with pelvic floor therapy to optimize my post-natal rehabilitation. She is so encouraging and careful to prevent injuries. Also a lot of fun to work with!!”
